Refund Policy
The refundability of any consultancy or service fee shall depend upon the specific service, agreed scope of work, stage of processing and written commercial terms provided to the client.
Where substantial work, documentation, consultation, processing or third-party expenditure has already been undertaken, the applicable portion of the service fee may be non-refundable, subject to the agreed terms and applicable law.
A rejection or non-approval by a government authority, lender, investor or other independent third party does not automatically create a right to refund unless the applicable written service agreement specifically provides otherwise.
If an eligible refund is approved, it shall be processed according to the Company's applicable written refund procedure and payment method.
